Testing & quality assurance

Agree the required tests before ordering. Reports should identify the unit, test versions, duration, results and any exceptions.

Identity & inspection

Verify model, serial numbers, firmware, connectors, cooling and any repair history.

GPU memory & diagnostics

Run NVIDIA DCGM level 4 where supported, covering memory patterns, compute, power and PCIe/NVLink checks. Test scope depends on the GPU and platform.

24-hour load testing

Record sustained-load performance, temperatures, clocks, power, ECC counters and Xid errors. Review changes from the initial baseline and investigate failures.

Complete server validation

Check CPU and system memory, drive health, networking, GPU interconnects, fans and redundant power supplies. Include multi-GPU communication tests where applicable.

NVIDIA DCGM is a diagnostic tool, not a refurbishment certification. Offline field diagnostics may be required for complete hardware validation.
