Should I send a customer’s details?
There’s no need at this stage. Start by introducing your own business. Any later sharing of contact information needs an appropriate basis.
Can I quote prices or delivery times?
Those commitments will come from us in the customer’s offer. Paid recommendations also need clear disclosure. An enquiry does not enroll you or create a commission entitlement.
